Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was excellent, right next to the railway station and close to the city center, making it convenient for travel to and from Cheltenham. However, there were some letdowns with the noisy air conditioning unit outside my window, which kept me up at night despite using earplugs. The cleanliness of the room was subpar, and there were issues with the toilet not flushing properly. On the bright side, the room was relatively comfortable, although limited in table space and seating.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although a bit dated in some areas, were clean and well-ventilated. However, the heating at night could be bothersome. The service was friendly but affected by understaffing. The location was convenient, with easy access to the train station and shopping. The dining experience was good overall, though there were some issues with the food. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel provided value for money.
I had a mixed experience at the Station Hotel. On the positive side, the location is excellent, right by the train and coach stations and close to the city center bars and restaurants. However, there were some drawbacks like the parking issues that can be costly, and the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms left much to be desired.
